Welcome
Whilst we are going through a Vacancy, our Locum Minister, Rev. Christine
Clark, is leading the congregation in worship and taking an active role in the
community two days a week. She has been welcomed into many homes, the local
primary school and at hospital bedsides. She is fast becoming a “weel kent” face in
our parish and we are all enjoying our time with her.
New website co-ordinator
From the 1st May 2008 the church website co-ordinator will be Jan Wemyss. If you would like any church related items uploaded to the church website then please e-mail Jan: janet.wemyss@btopenworld.com Jan will then forward the information to the Webmaster.
Location
Our beautiful 12th century Church and 19th century Church
Centre are situated in the heart of the village. They are both sited in the
Square, with the Church at the top to the north and the Church Centre on
the right to the east. We are about ten miles west of Edinburgh and two
miles south of the Forth Road and Rail Bridges. The Church Centre was
the old Free Church in Kirkliston and was gifted to Kirkliston Parish
Church when it closed.
